Sub-Vented leasing is a similar to low APRs that were outlined in the previous articles. Sub-vented leases are advertised special leases from the manufacturer. These ads will generally feature low month payment.

 

The manufacturer composes these special leases and provides the dealer with a low Money-Factor or a high Residual, (or a combination of both.) See the article on "Car Lease Residuals and Money-factors" .

 

Be aware that the special leasing deals are created to allow for a low monthly payment and usually have a low mileage restriction. However they will still apply to a lease that allows for higher mileage. For higher mileage the dealer will increase the payment by decreasing the residual or adding extra mileage charges. 

 

These sub-vented leases are almost always better than a traditional lease.
